By accessing or using DocPro’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately discontinue the use of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using DocPro's website, mobile application, or services, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental/guardian consent to use our services if you are a minor.
  • Have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them.
  • Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our services.

If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must stop using our services immediately.

2. Services Provided

DocPro is a healthcare management solution designed to assist medical professionals, administrative staff, and healthcare organizations in streamlining workflows and improving patient care. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Patient Record Management: Secure storage and organization of patient medical records, strictly accessible only by authorized healthcare professionals.
  • AI-Powered Medical Documentation: Automated charting, note generation, and medical coding support using AI technology, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Appointment Scheduling and Reminders: Streamlined scheduling for healthcare providers, along with automated appointment reminders to patients.
  • Insurance and Billing Assistance: Automated billing processes, claims submission, and tracking of reimbursements for healthcare providers.
  • Secure Provider-Patient Communication: Encrypted messaging system that enables compliant, HIPAA-secure interactions between providers and patients.

Important: DocPro does not share, sell, lease, rent, or disclose any data with third parties, including personal, medical, or billing information. The only exception is when a valid legal request is made by a government authority.

3. User Responsibilities

By using DocPro, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering for an account or submitting any details through the platform.
  • Keep login credentials confidential and immediately notify DocPro of any suspected unauthorized access or security breaches.
  • Use DocPro solely for legitimate medical, administrative, or healthcare-related purposes in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Refrain from engaging in fraudulent activity, spamming, or unauthorized data collection.

Any violation of these responsibilities may result in termination of access to DocPro’s services.

4. Data Privacy and Security: Absolute Confidentiality Commitment

We prioritize your privacy and do not share any personal information, including but not limited to:

  • Patient data, medical records, billing details, or contact information with third parties for any commercial, marketing, or data analysis purposes.
  • Phone numbers, email addresses, or user activity logs with advertisers, partners, or external entities.

4.1. Government Requests

We will only disclose personal information if legally required by a valid, government-issued request (such as a subpoena, court order, or other legally binding mandate). Even in such cases:

  • We will carefully verify the legitimacy of the request before disclosing any informations.
  • We will only provide the minimum necessary information as required by law.
  • If legally permitted, we will notify the user before disclosure to ensure transparency.

We follow strict compliance with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) and GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) to safeguard user information.

Customers may opt-in for SMS messaging from AIHCON INC (DocPro) verbally during a call initiated through our website (doc.pro). During the call, customers will be asked:

This consent agreement will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. No SMS communication will be initiated without customer consent.

  • Once opted out, they will receive no further SMS communication.

6. Payment and Billing

DocPro provides both free and paid services. If you choose a paid service, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees in accordance with our billing policies.
  • Use a valid payment method for transactions.
  • Understand that DocPro does not store credit card or banking details.

All payments are processed securely through compliant payment processors.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users of DocPro, a product of AIHCON INC, are strictly prohibited from engaging in any activities that may compromise the integrity, security, or lawful use of the platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate termination of access and may lead to legal action.

7.1. Unauthorized Access and Misuse

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to DocPro’s system, servers, databases, or networks.
  • Using hacking, phishing, malware, or other malicious techniques to exploit or disrupt our platform.
  • Circumventing or attempting to bypass security measures or authentication requirements.
  • Impersonating another user, provider, or entity to gain access to services or data.

7.2. Fraudulent, Illegal, or Harmful Use

  • Using DocPro for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes, including medical fraud, identity theft, or insurance fraud.
  • Submitting false, misleading, or inaccurate information in any form.
  • Engaging in activities that violate HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), or any other applicable laws.
  • Uploading or transmitting viruses, worms, Trojans, or other malicious code that could harm DocPro’s services or users.

7.3. Abuse of Services and Violation of Intellectual Property

  • Copying, modifying, distributing, or reverse-engineering any part of DocPro without explicit written permission.
  • Scraping, data mining, or unauthorized data collection from DocPro using bots, crawlers, or automated scripts.
  • Publishing, sharing, or distributing any confidential information, including medical data, without proper authorization.

7.4. Spamming and Unauthorized Communication

  • Using DocPro to send unsolicited messages (spam), chain letters, or phishing attempts.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the normal operation of DocPro by overwhelming our servers, network, or infrastructure with excessive requests or automated traffic.

Violations of this section will result in immediate termination of services and possible legal action.


8. Termination of Services

8.1. Grounds for Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to DocPro without prior notice if:

  • You violate these Terms, including engaging in any prohibited activities outlined in Section 7.
  • You attempt to misuse or exploit our services for fraudulent or illegal activities.
  • You fail to comply with applicable laws or medical privacy regulations (such as HIPAA or GDPR).
  • Your actions jeopardize the security, integrity, or functionality of DocPro’s platform or infrastructure.
  • We receive verified reports from authorities or healthcare institutions regarding your misuse of services.

8.2. Immediate Suspension or Permanent Termination

  • Immediate suspension may occur while an investigation is conducted.
  • Permanent termination may follow if violations are confirmed.

8.3. User-Initiated Account Termination

Users may terminate their DocPro account by:

  • Submitting a formal request via email at info@doc.pro.
  • Following the account deletion process outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Upon termination, all personally identifiable information (PII) will be permanently deleted, except where retention is required by law or regulatory compliance.

9. Disclaimer of Warrantiess

9.1. No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Service

DocPro is provided "as is" and "as available," without any guarantees of continuous availability. We do not warrant that:

  • DocPro will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or without downtime.
  • The platform will always be compatible with all devices, browsers, or operating systems.
  • Data transmission through DocPro will always be secure and error-free.

9.2. No Medical Advice or Legal Liability

  • DocPro is a medical workflow support tool and does not replace licensed medical professionals in providing direct medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • Any reliance on DocPro-generated AI suggestions, coding assistance, or documentation must be reviewed by a qualified healthcare provider.

9.3. No Warranty for Third-Party Services

DocPro may integrate with third-party services, such as insurance verification tools, payment processors, or healthcare databases. However, we do not warrant or guarantee the reliability, accuracy, or security of any third-party services.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIHCON INC and DocPro shall not be held liable for:

10.1. Indirect, Consequential, or Incidental Damages

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or financial losses due to the use or inability to use DocPro.
  • Data loss, corruption, or breach resulting from factors outside our control, including cyberattacks or force majeure events.
  • Operational errors or delays caused by third-party vendors or service providers.

10.2. Liability for User Actions

Users assume full responsibility for how they use DocPro and for any medical, legal, or financial consequences resulting from their actions. AIHCON INC is not responsible for any liability caused by user negligence, fraud, or failure to comply with healthcare regulations.

10.3. Maximum Liability Cap

In the event that AIHCON INC or DocPro is found legally liable, our maximum financial liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the user in the last 12 months or $500 USD, whichever is lower.
This limitation of liability applies to all claims, including contract breaches, negligence, or torts.


11. Changes to These Terms

11.1. Right to Modify

We reserve the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our official website (https://doc.pro) with an updated “Effective Date”.

11.2. User Notification

  • For minor updates, a notice will be posted on our website.
  • For significant changes affecting user rights or privacy, we will provide notification via email or platform alert at least 30 days in advance.

11.3. Continued Use Implies Acceptance

By continuing to use DocPro after updates take effect, you acknowledge and agree to the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of DocPro and contact our support team to close your account.
